A retreat for women, staged like a film.
AURA Moment is an artistically staged retreat for women: a weekend becomes a film in four acts, in which participants set aside their old script and experience who they want to be from now on.
Please note: the retreat is held in German.
Change has to be lived, not just understood. AURA Moment combines coaching, bodywork and immersive art into retreats in which women take the director’s chair of their own lives.
The Next Chapter – 29 to 31 January 2027
For three days, the Vitznauerhof on Lake Lucerne becomes a film set. Instead of talking about a future self for a whole weekend, you experience it in scenes – through hypnosis, breathwork, movement, a fire ritual, styling and a professional Future Self portrait.

| II | The Voice Within | Stillness & voice | Body, breath and silence. What lives inside you finds a sound – your own voice. |
| III | The Fire | Fire | Dinner, ceremony and ecstatic dance. The old script is symbolically given to the fire. |
| IV | The Next Chapter | Dream & clarity | Styling, a Future Self portrait and the AURA Reveal: you meet the woman you are from now on. |
Your hosts
Adelheid Glott – founder of AURA Moment and certified hypnosis coach. Trained hypnosis coach with a bachelor’s degree in applied health sciences, 4+ years of experience, 100+ women accompanied with hypnosis.
Shaida Moradiyan – Reiki practitioner and bodyworker. Reiki and bodywork, 10+ years of experience, 500+ people accompanied.
